Introduction
CACME is committed to respecting your privacy. We have created this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) to give you a clear understanding of how CACME collects, handles, and stores personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the circumstances under which we gather your personal information, how we use it, and who has access to that information. We may change this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will post the changes on this page (the “Site”). We strongly recommend that you read our Privacy Policy whenever you visit the Site so that you are aware of any changes.

By visiting the Site, you are accepting our Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the Site after we have posted changes to our Privacy Policy will constitute your acceptance of such changes.  This Privacy Policy was last updated May 2019.

Collection of Personal Information
Depending on the information and/or services you request during your visit to the Site, we may ask you for your personal information. Personal Information includes your name, address, email address, phone number, fax number, medical license number, and credit card number. We will not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily supply it. However, once you provide your personal information, you will not be anonymous to us.

In the future, we may sell some or all of our assets. If we sell our assets, we will most likely include database assets. If a sale of our assets includes the sale of our personal information databases, we will require the buyer to honor this Privacy Policy.

As a resource to Site visitors, we provide links to a number of other websites. We try to choose only sites that we believe are useful and maintain our high standards with respect to privacy. These links are provided only for the convenience and information of our visitors and do not constitute our endorsement of the content on those sites. Linked websites are not covered by this Privacy Policy. If you are a California resident, you are entitled by law to request an Information Sharing Disclosure. If you provide notice to the address below, we will provide you with a notice of your right to prevent sharing of your personal information as well as a cost-free means of doing so. To receive such a notice, submit a written request to via cacme@cacme.org or CACME, PO Box 100421, Denver, CO 80250 specifying that you seek your "California Customer Choice Notice." Please allow thirty days for response.
